On May 4, 2022, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange informing the company that after considering all the information submitted by the company and the Exchange Listing Division (including written and oral information), the committee found that the company had failed to maintain a sufficient level of business operations and assets as required under section 17.16 of the GEM listing rules to ensure that its shares could continue to be listed, and decided to maintain the listing department's decision that the company's shares were suspended in accordance with section 9.04 (3) of the GEM listing rules.
