According to the Zhitong Finance App, Beikong Clean Energy Group (01250) announced that according to the “Beijing Holdings Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. 2020 Public Issuance of Green Company Bonds to Qualified Investors (Phase I) Prospectus”, the “20 Beijing Holdings PG” bond holders chose to resell all or part of their “20 Beikong PG” to Beikong Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. (issuer) during the resale registration period (March 30, 2022 to April 7, 2022). The resale price was 100 yuan/sheet (excluding interest), and the resale fund disbursement date was 2022/4/29.

The number of valid resale declarations for “20 Beijing Holdings PG” during this resale registration period was about 8.9945 million, with a resale amount of about RMB 899 million. The remaining number of unsold bonds was 5,510. The source of repayment for this resale is not corporate bonds issued or currently being issued by the company for the purpose of “borrowing the new and returning the old” to repay the current resale of corporate bonds.

The issuer intends to resell “20 Beijing Holdings PG”. The issuer decided to process the resale of bonds from May 5, 2022 to June 1, 2022 in accordance with relevant regulations. The number of bonds to be resold will not exceed about 8.994,500.
