Zhaobangji Real Estate (01660) announced that Luo Shenmei has resigned as auditor of the group because the company failed to reach a consensus with Luo Shenmei on the audit fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2022, effective April 25, 2022.

In addition, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Lixin Dehao Accountants Limited (Lixin Dehao) has been appointed as the new auditor of the Group to fill the temporary vacancy arising from the resignation of Luo Shenmei with effect from 25 April 2022. Lixin Dehao will act as the company's auditor until the end of the company's next annual general meeting.
