Gelonghui 20 April (01695.HK) announcementNg Hock Boon will retire as an independent non-executive director of the company by rotation at the annual general meeting and will not stand for re-election to pursue other personal goals. As a result, Ng will retire as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Company's Audit Committee, nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee at the end of the 2022 AGM.

The Board also announced its proposal to appoint Dato' Mohd Ibrahim Bin Mohd Nor as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee, nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee. The proposed ordinary resolution on appointment will be proposed at the annual general meeting of 2022.
