Zhitong Financial APP News, first Pacific (00142) issued an announcement, two credit rating agencies issued on April 19, 2022 about the company's long-term credit rating and credit rating outlook, in which Moody's Corporation issued a credit rating (outlook) of "Baa3 (stability)" and Standard & Poor's global rating issued a credit rating (outlook) of "BBB- (stability)".

The announcement said that the credit rating is part of the company's generally prudent financial and debt management to enhance its credit status to facilitate future fund-raising and refinancing of maturing debt. Mizuho Securities and UBS are the company's credit rating consultants.
