Gelonghui 4/12 丨Honghai Holding Group (08020.HK) announced that as of April 12, 2022, Guowei has resigned as the group auditor because the company and Guowei were unable to agree on the group's audit fee for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022.

It was further announced that, as recommended by the Company Audit Committee, it has decided to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the group's new auditor, effective April 12, 2022, to fill the temporary vacancies after Guowei's resignation, and the term of office is until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
