(3) to use its expertise in debt restructuring to promote communication with the group's creditors in the mood for love; and (4) to assist the group in making plans for the possible sale of the group's assets in the mood for it, including strategic planning and transaction structure.
In terms of color life, Yue Min Investment alternative will provide assistance in a number of aspects, including but not limited to (1) formulating plans to optimize the assets and business of Cai Life Group to promote its future development; (2) promoting the effective implementation of the comprehensive optimization plan, including positioning itself or its designated person as a possible strategic investor in the optimization plan of Cai Life Group. And (3) formulate optimization plans to promote communication and coordination between Cai Life Group and its stakeholders.
