Accordingly, on the same day, Lin Chi-hung ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board, a member of the risk Management Committee and an authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and will no longer hold any duties in the company.

Since the same day, Zheng Yuyan, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors; Huang Huiling and Yao Jieyi have been appointed as joint company secretaries; Yao Jieyi has been appointed as the authorized representative; and Zhang Hanzi has been appointed as the head of the financial staff of the company.
