On April 1, Gelon International Holdings (00865.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2021, realized income-sales of property was 106 million yuan (RMB, the same below), down 78% from the same period last year; gross profit was 40.643 million yuan, down 74.34% from the same period last year; net profit attributable to company owners was 11.121 million yuan, down 88.75% from the same period last year; and basic profit per share was 0.19%. The decrease in net profit was mainly due to the decrease in income and gross profit from the Group's property development business due to the above-mentioned reasons.
