During the reporting period, the income was 1.398 billion yuan, an increase of 45.7 percent over the same period last year, a gross profit of 449 million yuan, an increase of 51.3 percent over the same period last year, a gross profit margin of 32.1 percent, and a net profit of 321 million yuan belonging to shareholders, up 46.5 percent from the same period last year.

By the end of the reporting period, the construction area under management was about 29.9 million square meters, an increase of 50.1% over the same period last year. The contracted floor area reached 49.8 million square meters, an increase of 40.3% over the same period last year.
