According to the Zhitong Finance App, China's Xinhua Education (02779) released its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2021. The group achieved adjusted revenue of RMB 774 million (same unit below), an increase of 19.1% over the previous year; revenue of 565 million yuan, an increase of 18.1% over the previous year; annual profit of 354 million yuan, an increase of 9% over the previous year; and earnings per share of 22.04 points.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the increase in tuition fees from 448 million yuan for the year ending December 31, 2020 to 514 million yuan for the year ending December 31, 2021, an increase of 14.7% over the previous year, mainly due to the increase in the number of students enrolled in the Group and the average tuition fee.
