The comprehensive income for the whole year was 3.648 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 85 per cent over the previous year. The pre-tax profit was HK $15 million, compared with a pre-tax loss of HK $742 million last year. The profit attributable to shareholders was HK $174 million, compared with a loss attributable to shareholders of HK $391 million last year. The final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2021 is not recommended.

The group's cash flow continues to be stable and abundant, its debt level is stable and controllable, and its financial position continues to be healthy. As of December 31, 2021, cash and bank balances were HK $3.074 billion, total assets were HK $25.808 billion and the debt-to-capital ratio was 30 per cent.
