金奥国际(00009)发布2021年业绩，净亏损5.37亿港元，同比收窄10%

Zhitong Financial APP News, Jin'ao International (00009) announced its results for the year ended December 31, 2021, with an income of HK $18.327 million, down 77.2% from the same period last year; a net loss of HK $537 million, down 10% from the same period last year; and a basic loss of HK15.06 cents per share.

During the period, the contribution of property rental income to total income increased to about HK $18.327 million, due to rental income from new tenants. As the townhouse will be completed in 2022, property sales do not contribute to the total revenue (2020: HK $64.768 million).
