01962.HK announced that for the year ended December 31, 2021, the company's revenue was HK $1.207 billion, an increase of 35.6% over the same period last year; its gross profit for the year was 20.6%, an increase of 3.4% from 17.2% of the previous year; and the net profit for the period was HK $57.1 million, compared with a net loss of HK $18 million for the year ended December 31, 2020. The Board has recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK1.1 cents per share for the year.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to strong market demand for wigs and hair products. In this year, the market demand for wigs and hair products of the Group continued to grow, in which braided hair products maintained a strong market demand, human hair receiving products recovered and the newly launched lace top hair products contributed to this year's sales. Bangladesh factory capacity continues to increase, to meet the strong market demand. In the current year, the income generated by Bangladesh factories from hair products accounted for 95.2% of the group's total revenue, compared with 96.3% for the year ended December 31, 2020.
