On March 25, Zhengrong Service released its 2021 full-year performance report, which achieved steady growth throughout the year.

At the end of the reporting period, Zhengrong Service's contracted construction area was 104 million square meters, a simultaneous increase of 19.1%; the construction area under management was 70.98 million square meters, an increase of 72% over the previous year.

During the reporting period, Zhenrong's service revenue was 1,336 million yuan, up 21.1% year on year; gross profit was 428 million yuan, up 11.7% year on year; net profit during the period was about RMB 178 million, an increase of about 1.4% over the previous year.
