00103.HK announced that for the year ended December 31, 2021, turnover from continuing business reached HK $2.6948 billion, an increase of 32.0% over the same period last year; profit attributable to the company's owners was HK $80.879 million, down 45.4% from the same period last year; basic earnings per share were HK4.26 cents; and the proposed final dividend per share was HK1.5 cents.

During the reporting period, the Group's gross margin from continuing operations rose 5.1 per cent from last year to HK $414.5 million, mainly due to an increase in gross margin from the steel cord division. However, in that year, the Group's gross profit margin from continuing operations also decreased by 3.9 percentage points to 15.4% compared with the same period last year.
