Comprehensive Overview

The Group is a global luxury yacht brand that designs, produces and sells 8 to 95 meter luxury composite yachts, specialty custom-made yachts and superyachts, providing auxiliary services to meet the individual tastes and requirements of customers. Brands owned by the group include Riva, Wally, Ferretti Yachts (Ferretti Yachts), Pershing, Itama, CRN, and Custom Line.

The Group has and operates six shipyards and a production factory for interior accessories and custom-made furniture. It maintains an internal sales team located in (i) Milan, London, Monaco and Palma (Majorca) (covering the European, Middle Eastern and African markets); (ii) Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples and Sag Harbor (covering the American market); and (iii) Hong Kong and Shanghai (covering the Asia Pacific market). As of September 30, 2021, the Group's sales network consists of an internal sales team (96 employees), 52 dealers and more than 300 brokers.
