Zhitong Financial APP News, Asia Energy Logistics (00351) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2021. During the period, the company achieved an income of HK $64.708 million, an increase of 35.08% over the same period last year. The owner of the company should share a loss of HK $53.799 million. In the same period last year, the profit attributable to the owner of the company was about HK $111 million, with a basic loss of HK3.17 cents per share.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to the SMS business acquired during the year, the announcement said. The annual loss was mainly due to income of approximately HK $174 million from the discontinued operations resulting from the liquidation of some subsidiaries in 2020.
