Samsara Vision Inc. on Friday cut the size of its planned initial public offering to 2.5 million shares from about 4.17 million.
The Far Hills, N.J., medical-device company focused on late-stage conditions of the retina said it still expects an IPO pricing of $5 to $7 a share.
At the $6 midpoint of that range, Samsara said it expects net proceeds of about $13 million, down from a prior estimate of roughly $22.3 million.
Samsara said it has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol SMSA.
