格隆汇2月25日丨杭品生活科技(01682.HK)公告，于2022年2月24日，卖方中港保险经纪集团有限公司，为公司全资附属公司，在公开市场上以总代价约506.5万港元(不包括交易成本)，按每股中国海洋石油股份约10.13港元平均价格进一步出售合共50万股中国海洋石油股份(截至本公告日期，约占中国海洋石油已发行总股本的0.00112%)。于第二次出售事项结算后，集团将持有55万股中国海洋石油股份。
