The related properties are some properties on the fifth and sixth floors of Kade Family Plaza, Yongtai South Road, Datong City, Shanxi Province, excluding those that have been leased to Wanda Cinema and occupied by Wanda Cinema.

Prior to the conclusion of the new tenancy agreement, the Group has been occupying the first and second properties as tenants since 2011 and 2015 respectively under previous tenancy agreements and operating them as department stores and shopping malls.

The announcement said that in the past year, the existing property as the business of department stores and shopping malls has brought stable income to the Group. The lease term of the new tenancy agreement starts from the delivery date and will expire on July 11, 2033, enabling the Group to continue its retail business in locations familiar to the Group's customers for a long time. The board of directors believes that the lease will have a positive impact on the future development of the company.
