Gelonghui February 17,$CITIC (06030.HK) $、$CITIC (600030.SH) $According to a public announcement, on February 17, 2022, CITIC received more than 5% of the shareholder Yuexiu Financial Holdings' cumulative 1% notice of changes in CITIC's rights and interests. It is mentioned that Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Financial Control Co., Ltd.") disclosed the simplified report on changes in Rights and interests through CITIC on March 13, 2022, until February 16, 2022.
