Weimeizi Industries, a Chinese manufacturer of oral care products, recently submitted an application for listing on the main board to the Stock Exchange, and the co-sponsors are Agricultural Bank of China International and Faba.
According to the preliminary IPO documents, Weimeizi is a provider of oral care products in the mainland, mainly engaged in oral care brand "Shuke" and children's oral care brand "Shuke Baby". The product line is covered with toothpaste, mouthwash, toothpaste, electric toothbrush, toothpunch and so on. at present, the company has 61 new products and upgraded products under research and development.
Wei Meizi recorded an income of about 1.23 billion yuan (the same below) in the first three quarters of last year, an annual increase of about 14.8%. During the period, it made a profit and loss, recording a loss attributable to shareholders of 494 million yuan, compared with a net profit of 133 million yuan in the same period in 2020.
The company expects to use the proceeds for online and offline brand building; product research and development; strengthening offline sales and distribution network and market penetration; equity investment in high-quality minority oral care brands; and strengthening business digitization; and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
