智通财经APP讯，腾盛博药-B(02137)公布，于2022年1月20日，该公司根据首次公开发售后股份奖励计划自愿向AMLOne UG(有限责任)(就Bouchon博士向该公司提供的服务而言)授出8.4万份受限制股份单位(向非执行董事授出受限制股份单位);向Murphy Jr博士授出4.2万份受限制股份单位、向Grace Hui Tang授出4.2万份受限制股份单位、向徐耀华授出4.2万份受限制股份单位及向Gregg Huber Alton授出4.2万份受限制股份单位(统称“向独立非执行董事授出受限制股份单位”);及向78名承授人(包括该公司僱员及高级管理层)授出合共363.825万份受限制股份单位。

于2022年1月20日，该公司建议根据首次公开发售后股份奖励计划于授出日期向Zhi Hong博士授出91.1万份受限制股份单位及向罗永庆授出60.7万份受限制股份单位
