Based on the closing price of $27.8 of ZA ONLINE as quoted yesterday (19th), the batch of shares had a market cap of almost $1.3 billion. At present, Ant Group holds approximately 14.02% in ZA ONLINE.
Ant responded that the share reduction was a normal investment decision, underscoring that the strategic cooperation between Ant and ZA ONLINE would remain intact, and that Ant would maintain optimism on ZA ONLINE's long-term growth as always.
