格隆汇1月11日丨安凯客车(000868.SZ)公布，公司于2022年1月11日召开第八届董事会第十二次会议，审议通过了《关于变更公司财务负责人的议案》。公司财务负责人刘勇因工作分工调整，不再担任公司财务负责人职务，仍担任公司董事、总经理和董事会秘书职务。
根据《公司章程》等有关规定，经公司总经理提名，董事会提名委员会审核，公司第八届董事会第十二次会议审议通过，同意聘任刘恩秀为公司财务负责人，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第八届董事会届满之日止。
