In 2017, the group achieved 15.27 billion yuan in revenue, an increase of 74.4% over the same period last year. Among them, fee and commission income accounted for 54.2%, down 15.1% from the same period last year; interest income accounted for 19.5%, up 8.3% from the same period last year; and investment income accounted for 26.3%, up 6.8% from the same period last year. The income of the brokerage business was 3.469 billion yuan, an increase of 1.761 billion yuan, or 103.1%, over the same period last year; and the investment income was 4.009 billion yuan, an increase of 2.304 billion yuan, or 135.2%, over the same period last year.
As of December 31, 2017, the number of clients of China International Capital Corporation Wealth Management reached 38644, an increase of 28.9% over the end of 2016. The total value of customer account assets reached about 736.886 billion yuan, an increase of 19.1% over the end of 2016, and the average household assets exceeded 19 million yuan. CIC Securities has 5157 institutional clients, 340076 wealthy clients and 2451757 retail clients, with total customer account assets of 1.182295 trillion yuan, 277.864 billion yuan and 53.095 billion yuan, respectively.
In addition, the total amount of assets managed by the group at home and abroad is 331.78 billion yuan, an increase of 93% over 2016. Among them, the asset management scale of CIC Securities is 57.466 billion yuan. In terms of product categories, the scale of collective asset management business, targeted asset management business (including social security and enterprise annuity) and special asset management business are 26.099 billion yuan, 210.909 billion yuan and 94.772 billion yuan respectively.
The total number of products managed by the group is 686, of which 313 are managed by CIC Securities. Most of the products managed by the group are active management products, and the scale of collective and targeted active management has increased by 34% over 2016.
