[Caihua News] Jianye Real Estate (00832.HK) announced that in December 2021, the Group obtained property contract sales of RMB 10.365 billion, a decrease of 22.1% over the previous year; the contract sales floor area was 1,495,218 square meters, a decrease of 23.1% over the previous year; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,932, an increase of 1.3% over the previous year.

For the twelve months ending December 31, 2021, the Group has obtained total property contract sales of RMB 60.105 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 12.0%; total contract sales floor area was 8,165,977 square meters, a decrease of 8.2% over the previous year; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 7,360, a decrease of 4.2% over the previous year.
