00196.HK has announced that Zhang Mie will no longer seek a reappointment as president of the company from January 1, 2022, and will be transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director while no longer serving as Deputy Chairman of the Board because of the need to devote more time to his personal affairs.

The board of directors has appointed Jiang Fuhao as president of the company, effective January 1, 2022.
