Gelonghui December 29th, Honghua Group (00196.HK) announcementThe board of directors has set up a nominating committee and formulated in writing a code of its terms of reference and responsibilities, effective from 29 December 2021.The nominating committee is composed of board chairman Jin Liliang, independent non-executive director Chen Guoming and independent non-executive director Chang Qing. Jin Liliang has been appointed chairman of the nomination committee.

The board of directors announced that Zhang Mie will no longer seek to continue as president of the company as he needs to devote more time to his personal affairs, and will be transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director and will no longer serve as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Company.

The board of directors is pleased to announce that Jiang Fuhao has been appointed as president of the company with effect from January 1, 2022.
