The nominating committee is composed of board chairman Jin Liliang, independent non-executive director Chen Guoming and independent non-executive director Chang Qing. Jin Liliang has been appointed chairman of the nomination committee.

Zhang Mao, due to the need to devote more time to his personal affairs, will no longer seek to renew the position of president of the company from January 1, 2022, and will be transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director and will no longer serve as the company's Deputy Chairman of the Board.
