China carbon Neutralization (01372.HK) cloth, Chengfeng has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from December 28, 2021, because the company and Chengfeng failed to reach a consensus on the level of audit and review fees for the year ended December 31, 2021.

It is further announced that, in accordance with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been resolved to appoint Luo Shenmei as the new auditor of the Company with effect from 28 December 2021 to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Chengfeng and will hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
