China carbon Neutralization (01372.HK) announced that it will conduct a strategic review in the near future to further clarify the division of labor and strengthen the strategic organizational structure of coordination and integration. The carbon neutralization business section will be divided into two business segments: carbon asset management and management and negative carbon business, which includes carbon asset management department and carbon information technology department, while negative carbon business includes industrial negative carbon department and natural negative carbon department.

The Group believes that by upgrading the carbon-neutral business governance and implementation system, it is determined that experienced management can establish a clearer strategic blueprint and establish a more agile organization in all areas of the carbon-neutral business, so as to effectively layout and expand the relevant carbon-neutral business, and really create long-term value for shareholders.
