00222.HK announced that as the auditor of Xiamen International Bank Co., Ltd. will be changed from KPMG Huazhen Accounting firm (Special General Partnership) to Deloitte Huayong Accounting firm (Special General Partnership) from December 9, 2021, in order to promote the audit arrangement between the company and Bank of Xiamen, KPMG will resign as the company's auditor from December 15, 2021.

Upon recommendation of the audit committee, Deloitte has been appointed as the new auditor of the company with effect from 15 December 2021 to fill the vacancy of resignation of KPMG until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
