Company profile

EBo Financial is a Hong Kong financial services provider that provides a wide range of financial and wealth management services to a growing customer base, including high net worth individuals, enterprises and financial institutions. The company's financial and wealth management services include (I) sales and advisory services; (ii) asset management services; and (iii) other financial services. The company's sales and consultancy services include investment and consultancy services, placement services, brokerage services and external asset manager services.

Prior to the commencement of the brokerage services business in September 2018, the company's sales and advisory clients had access to the securities custodian services and trading platforms of other financial institutions through the company's external asset manager services. With the waiver of licensing restrictions on the holding of client assets and the establishment of its brokerage business in 2018, the company began to provide brokerage services directly to clients instead of relying solely on custodian companies to provide brokerage services to clients. In the asset management business, the company mainly acts as the investment consultant and ╱ or investment manager of the fund, advises and ╱ or manages its asset portfolio, and generally has the right to charge consultancy fees, management fees (generally charged according to the fund's asset management scale or committed capital) and ╱ or performance fees (generally charged according to the performance of the fund). The company also provides fund administrative services to collect administrative fees; and provides other financial services, including money lending and related services; insurance agency services; overseas property agency services; and other services.
