BABA-SW (09988.HK) announced that Mr. Xu Hong will succeed Ms. Wu Wei as the company's chief financial officer, which will take effect on April 1st, 2022. Ms. Wu Wei will continue to be a partner of BABA and serve as our director. According to disclosure, Mr. Xu Hong joined the company in July 2018 and served as the deputy chief financial officer of the company since July 2019. Before joining the company, Mr. Xu Hong joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996 and was a partner for 11 years. He currently serves as a director of a number of companies, including the following companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as non-executive directors, namely Gao Xin Retail (06808.HK), Lianhua supermarket (00980.HK) and Red Star Magailong (01528.HK). Mr. Xu Hong received a bachelor's degree in science (physics) from Fudan University in 1996. He is a member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
