According to market analysis, the US House of Representatives passed the tax reform bill and submitted it to Trump for signature in the future. However, the market reaction was lackluster, and the US stock market closed slightly. As the holidays approach, there is strong wait-and-see sentiment in the market. In addition, there was no major news stimulus from the industry or individual stocks. The Hang Seng Index opened low. Fortunately, capital inflows from the South picked up, and the Hang Seng Index fluctuated higher throughout the day, but there was still no outstanding performance in the intraday weighting sector. The implementation of new tax reforms in the peripheral US or the demand for adjustments has been ushered in. In addition, the investment climate in the Hong Kong stock market may have been influenced by Christmas. Whether from the perspective of industry information or individual stocks, there is a lack of news stimulus that can boost market confidence. Investors should continue to wait and see.
