Zhitong Financial APP News, Haixin Group (01850) announced that Qiao Qiuxian will be appointed as the company's executive director with effect from November 30, 2021; Pan Jianhua will resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as chairman of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee and member of the nomination committee.

Zeng Wenbiao will resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as chairman, audit committee and nomination committee member of the company's remuneration committee. Li Guodong will resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee.
