[Caihua News] Bojun Education (01758.HK) announced that the Group is still discussing with the company's auditors the accounting treatment methods that the regulations on the implementation of the China Private Education Promotion Law may have an impact on the annual results in 2021, and no consensus has been reached as of the date of this announcement. As a result, the company is unable to publish its annual results for 2021 before 30 November 2021 in accordance with rules 13.49 (1) and 13.49 (2) of the listing rules. The company is aware of its responsibility to abide by the relevant listing rules and will try its best to publish the annual results for 2021 as soon as practicable.

As at the date of this announcement, the Group's business operations remained normal. The board meeting will be postponed to another date to be determined and announced by the company.

Trading in the Company's shares has been temporarily suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9: 00 a.m. on 30 November 2021, pending the announcement of the annual results for 2021 and an announcement which may constitute inside information on the Company.
