Zitong Financial App News, Bojun Education (01758) issued an announcement that as the regulations on the implementation of the Private Education Promotion Law of the people's Republic of China came into effect on September 1, 2021, the Group is still discussing with the company auditors the accounting treatment methods that may have an impact on the annual results in 2021, and no consensus has been reached as of the date of this announcement. As a result, the company is unable to publish its annual results for 2021 before 30 November 2021 in accordance with rules 13.49 (1) and 13.49 (2) of the listing rules.

Despite the delay in the publication of the annual results for 2021, the Group's business operations remained normal as at the date of this announcement.

In addition, trading in the Company's shares has been temporarily suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9: 00 a.m. on 30 November 2021, pending the announcement of the annual results for 2021 and an announcement which may constitute inside information on the Company.
