Market Overview

• Tesla, Inc. rose more than 2% before trading, and the German factory is expected to start production in December.

Biofrontera, a dermatology biopharmaceutical company, rose more than 30% in pre-market trading after two consecutive days of gains of more than 200%. The company will release its financial results on November 30.

Roth Capital covered Biofrontera Inc for the first time, giving it a "buy" rating with a target price of $20.

It is reported that Biofrontera Inc is a subsidiary of Biofrontera AG. Biofrontera AG previously reported total sales of 5.38 million euros in the third quarter, an increase of about 14 percent over the third quarter of 2020 (4.71 million euros).

• Faraday Futur rose more than 4% before trading, and the company said it was misread by NASDAQ's request for delisting.

Faraday Future issued a clarification on the official Wechat account saying that the Nasdaq warning letter is only related to the delay in submitting FF's Q3 financial results, which is a normal procedure.

Now, FF is in close contact with NASDAQ and is confident that it will return to normal in the near future. As long as the company returns to normal SEC documents in time and submits them on time, there will be no real risk of stock delisting. So far, FF has found that some social accounts and self-media articles have clearly misinterpreted this.
