Gelonghui November 26th (China Mengniu Dairy (02319.HK) announcement)Completion of the issuance of HK $3.08 per cent convertible bonds due in 2026 under the special authority (debt stock code: 40946).The Board is pleased to announce that all the prerequisites for the placing matters set out in the placing Agreement have been met and that the issue of the Notes was completed on 26 November 2021. The bonds are expected to be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited around November 29, 2021.

The total principal of the Notes, with a total amount of HK $4.8626 billion, has been successfully allotted by the placing Agent to a Placement (i.e. Eagle International Financial products Limited, an exempted limited company registered under the laws of the Cayman Islands). As at the date of the announcement, to the best of the Directors' knowledge, knowledge and belief, each of the Placees and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties of the Company.
