Gelonghui, November 25, 丨 Easyhome Enterprise Holdings surged more than 15% intraday to HK$1.47, with a market capitalization of HK$2.5 billion. The company announced last night that the purchase agreement and subscription matters relating to the acquisition of the joint venture TM Home Limited were completed on November 24. After completion, the joint venture was held by EasyJu and Alibaba Investment respectively about 70.23% and 29.77%. As a result, the joint venture becomes a non-wholly owned subsidiary of EasyJu, and its financial results will be incorporated into EasyJu's accounts.
