In terms of hot stocks, Kaisa Group (01638) announced that wealth management products with a principal amount of about RMB 1.4934 billion issued by Kaisa Group on behalf of certain members of the Group and their associates expired in October and November 2021. As of the date of this announcement, repayment measures have been implemented for wealth management products with a principal amount of about RMB 1.0968 billion. These measures include the payment of 10% of the principal amount and interest from the 20th day of the month in which the relevant principal amount is due, and another 10% of the principal amount and interest every three months from the maturity date; and the outstanding principal amount will pay deferred interest to the holder at the rate of 4.35%. With regard to the remaining principal amount of about RMB 396.6 million, the issuer of the relevant products is negotiating with the relevant holders on reimbursement measures. The stock resumed trading today, opening 20.79% higher at HK $1.22.

Jinjiang Capital (02006) and the Offeror Jinjiang International (Holdings) Limited jointly announced that on 24 November 2021, the Offeror and the company entered into a merger agreement, the Offeror and the company will implement the merger in accordance with the terms and conditions of the merger agreement (including the prerequisites and such conditions). After the merger, the company will be absorbed and merged by the offeror in accordance with the Chinese Company Law and other applicable Chinese laws. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for approval to resume trading in H-shares at 09:00 on November 25, 2021. The stock resumed trading today, opening 18.97% higher at HK $2.76.

Shanjian Technology (01302) announced that on November 23, 2021, the YuranosTM abdominal aorta covered stent system independently developed by the group was registered and approved by the State Drug Administration of China. It is understood that YuranosTM is used in the treatment of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms. Compared with the same type of products, it is suitable for more complex clinical morphology, can meet the more extreme clinical anatomical structure, and has a wider range of indications: the minimum neck length of abdominal aortic aneurysm is 10mm, and the maximum infrarenal angle is 75 °. The stock opened 0.27% higher at HK $3.73 in morning trading.
