03309.HK announced an amendment to Shenzhen Aikangjian's investment terms, and Sima China agreed to buy a further 7 per cent of Shenzhen Aikangjian's total registered capital from Shenzhen Capital for 45.5 million yuan (the same below).

The Group also announced that it entered into a supplementary equity investment agreement with the original seller yesterday (24). However, the percentage of equity acquired by the Group and the total consideration payable remained unchanged.

Upon completion, the group will directly and indirectly hold a total of 61.5% of the enlarged issued shares of Shenzhen Aikangjian, and will be its controlling shareholder.
