A popular stock, China Aviation International Holdings (00161) rose 2.25% throughout the day to HK$9.56. China Aviation International Holdings announced that the final sale price for the proposed spin-off of the A-share listing of Shennan Circuit was 19.3 yuan, while the final number of shares offered was 70 million A-shares, and the net proceeds raised from the sale were 1,268 million yuan. Shennan Circuit (002916.SZ) A shares will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on December 13, 2017.

Hengteng Network (00136) rose 10.34% throughout the day to HK$0.32. Hengteng Network's stock price has continued to pull back since the end of October, with a cumulative decline of more than 34% over the past 35 trading days. Mainland capital continued to increase during this period. As of December 11, the shareholding ratio of mainland capital had risen to 6.04%.

Shunyu Optical Technology (02382) dropped 7.39% throughout the day to HK$110.30. Shunyu Optics announced that although mobile phone lens shipments in November increased by 43% year on year and decreased by 3% on a monthly basis, Nomura maintained a neutral rating on the stock, with a target price of HK$110, which is lower than the market price.

According to market analysis, US stocks continued to strengthen overnight, and the Dow and Index closed at a new high, stimulating stability in the Hong Kong stock ADR index. However, even though Hong Kong stocks closed positive on the 2nd, the trading volume declined, and after opening slightly higher today, it fluctuated all the way. The decline in Tencent and domestic insurance stocks led the Hang Seng Index to dive. There were few hot spots in the market, and technology stocks fell sharply again. On the other hand, looking at A-shares, the financial data for November released by the mainland all beat expectations and was better than October, but the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets once again opened low and closed down in tandem, and trading shrank further. Fortunately, capital from the south continues to flow in, and the intention to find the bottom is obvious, but the selection of sectors and individual stocks shows the attitude of capital: Hong Kong stocks are optimistic over the long term, and the short-term adjustments are not over yet — “there is alcohol in the present, the present drunkenness.”
