As a result, the underwriting agreement and share offering became unconditional on November 16, 2021 at 4 p.m.

At 4:00 p.m. on November 15, 2021 (that is, the final acceptance time limit), the company has received a total of 7 valid acceptance of provisional quotas under the provisional quota notice involving a total of about 40,47,600 shares offered for shares, equivalent to about 13% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the share offering category of 308 million shares; and has received a total of 7 valid applications for additional shares under the additional application form involving a total of about 158.514 million shares available for purchase.

Overall, a total of 14 provisional quota notices and additional application forms involving a total of 558.99 million shares offered have been received, which is equivalent to about 18.14% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the stock offering category.

Based on the above results, the share offering shortfall was 252 million shares available, which is equivalent to about 81.86% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the share offering category. Due to insufficient subscription for the share offering, all 7 valid additional applications have been accepted and a total of 15.8514 million additional shares will be distributed and issued to the applicants concerned.
