The Environmental, Social and Governance Committee is mainly responsible for reporting to the Board on matters relating to the environmental, social and governance practices of the Group, and monitoring the formulation and implementation of the company's environmental, social and governance vision, strategy, objectives and policies. The Environmental, Social and Governance Committee currently consists of three members, namely, two executive directors, namely Pan Shiyi (Chairman) and Pan Zhangxin, and an independent non-executive director, namely Huang Jingsheng.
