Bourne Optics is the world's largest manufacturer of screen glass for mobile phones. In addition to supplying screens to Apple phones, it is also a supplier to Samsung. According to the preliminary prospectus, the proceeds raised from the IPO will be used to develop new materials, new technologies and new businesses; it will also further develop automobile-related businesses, such as providing a one-stop exterior structure and module solution for vehicle screens and touch panels.
