[TechWeb] On November 19, today, Ant Group and the Shenzhen National Fintech Evaluation Center (hereinafter referred to as “Guojin Assessment”) officially signed the establishment of a “Data Security and Privacy Computing” joint laboratory. The two sides will conduct research cooperation on technical standards and evaluation standards in the fields of personal information protection, enterprise data security governance, privacy computing technology and its application.
Zhang Zhibo, head of Guojin Assessment, said that the “Data Security and Privacy Computing” Joint Laboratory is one of the three key laboratories deployed by Guojin Assessment. It is dedicated to research and standard setting in the field of data security and privacy computing. The establishment of this laboratory with Ant Group is also due to seeing Ant Group's practices in data protection and private computing. The formulation of privacy computing standards requires the joint efforts of enterprises, institutions and governments.
This time, Ant Group and Guojin Assessment have cooperated to establish a joint laboratory, which will cooperate in technical evaluation, standard setting, subject research, and joint alliance building related to data security and privacy computing. We support the financial industry and the formulation of national standards in this field, and jointly promote the implementation of data security and private computing technology applications and the healthy development of the industry.
